The TMP Management Offices and Community Room was a project with a very unique scope of work. Our mission was to convert a six-screen movie theater into a place where the City of Tustin could conduct meetings and conferences as well as house the management offices for the property owner, The Irvine Company. By leveling the floors in four of the six theaters, we were able to create 3,500 square feet of office space, a Community Multi-Purpose Room, and formal Reception Area. Two of the existing theaters were renovated and converted to two state of the art Presentation Halls. This project required a high level of expertise in scheduling and project management to ensure that the product delivered was in line with the high standards of both The Irvine Company and the City of Tustin.
