The improvements to Oakbrook Village were completed in three phases which included all 4 outparcel buildings. All new elevations were provided to the existing parcels while the Trader Joe's parcel was a complete ground up building. Extensive site improvements were also made in order to update all lighting, storm drain and ADA requirements.
